Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FixQueue (“FixQueue,” “we,” “us”), available at fixqueue.app, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our maintenance request tracking service. By using FixQueue you also agree to our Terms of Service.
Information we collect
- Landlord account information: the email address you use to create and sign in to your account.
- Tenant-submitted request data: when a tenant submits a maintenance request, we collect the name, email address, phone number, request description, and photos they provide.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card data is transmitted directly to Stripe and never touches FixQueue servers.
- Analytics data:if enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
How we use your information
- To provide the service: routing maintenance requests from tenants to landlords and tracking them to completion.
- To send transactional notifications by email and SMS (see the SMS section below).
- To process subscription payments through Stripe.
- To improve the product and website using analytics, where enabled.
- To respond to support requests sent to hello@fixqueue.app.
SMS / text messaging program
FixQueue sends SMS messages only for transactional updates: new maintenance request alerts, request status changes, and appointment scheduling. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
Consent to receive SMS is collected via an explicit checkbox at the time a phone number is provided. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing or using any FixQueue product or service.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at hello@fixqueue.app.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Subprocessors
We use the following service providers to operate FixQueue. Each processes data only as needed to provide its function:

Cookies and analytics
FixQueue uses cookies required for authentication and session management. If enabled, we also use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, which set cookies and collect usage data (such as pages visited and interactions) to help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention
We retain account data and maintenance request data for as long as your account is active, so you have a complete history of requests for your properties. When an account is deleted, associated data is removed from our production systems.
Deletion requests
You may request deletion of your account or of personal data we hold about you (including tenant-submitted data) by emailing hello@fixqueue.app. We will respond and process verified requests promptly.
Children's privacy
FixQueue is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at hello@fixqueue.app and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email.
